Features
, The upper extruder acts as a refiner with milling device, while
    the lower extruder acts as a plodder; There is a vacuum
    chamber connecting the two extruders, inside which a level
    sensor is installed.
, Barrel is made from cold-drawn stainless steel tube 2 mm thick.
, Worm is of lightweight, made from stainless steel. The newly
    designed worm for plodder has soap pellet feeding zone, soap
    stock compression zone and soap stock pressure stabilizing zo-
     ne.So that a strong thrust force is produced, the soap barsss
     extruded has excellent qulity.
, At upper extruder, refiner, milling is effected by a device
    installed at the outlet end of the worm. The milling device is
    composed of a piece of filtering sheet; a stationary perforated
    milling disk and a perforated rotating disk. The soap stock is
    vigorously milled in the space, forming superfine particles of
    0.01mm level. This optimal milling makes soap stock translucent
    and extremely fine.
, The filtering sheet developed in 2002 has holes of 0.03 mm, is
    the only design in the world.
, The cooling of barrel begin from the very end where milling
    device is located; the pneumatic cooling water inlet/outlet
    valves controlled by PLC to obtain a optimal cooling effect,
    that means maximun output of the machine.
, The speed reducers have their gear wheels with case-
    hardened and ground teeth.
, Pneumatic clutches are used between motors and speed
    reducers to make smooth startup.
, The upper extruder, refiner, is controlled by a level sensor
     made by Enders-Hauser, Germany.
, Touch screen is used for control and operation, it is fault-free
    and a good interface for communication between operator and
    machine.
, The electric panel is supplied by Rittal, Germany; the adjustable
    frequency AC drive by AB or ABB; PLC by Omron, Japan; and
    touch screen by Delta; 95% electic components are by
    Schneider, France; while pneumatic components are by Norgren
    Martonair, UK.
