| MODEL:CIL-BD-50A Baby Diaper Machine Production line (Pull-on Type) Features 1.This model equipment is designed to produce economical tyqe or high quality type Baby Diapers with the features of complete function ,stable character and convenient operation. 2.Cotton Core is laid in two routes,but can also adopt the single- route spreading method. 3.Cotton Core is wrapped in roll-pressed,net pressed,finalized and also equipped with diversion cloth to avoid breaking off during use. 4.The tension degree in both sides of rubber band can be regulated at random. 5.Stereo-protection materials are cut and combined on the machine, the tension of rubber band can be regulated at random. 6.The elastic waistline conveyance is equipped with automatic rectifying device. 7.The diversion and re-stick the frontal-waist tape and left and right waist tape is accurate and fixed. 8.All the need-regulation positions are equipped with differential device for regulating without stopping the machine. 9.Main driving consists of right-angle box,differetial device and synchronous belt.The universal joint shaft coupling is adopted to connect the right-angle boxes,The operation of the equipment is stable. 10.Material conveyance adopts negative-pressure absorption type. The conveyance belt is of directive slip type in order to avoid the conveyance deviation caused by the changing of the temperature. 11.For the high quality machine,it can catch the material automatically,such as,hard-absorbent non-woven fabric,easy absorbent non woven fabric,PE film.It can also rectify and control tension automatically.The machine is operated and controlled by touching screen and regulate the speed by the high frequency motor.
